On my 3rd phone in 2 weks. The other 2 automatically offered to restore my apps but the mega doesn't. Can I restore them? Is it via Samsung or Google or where?

It says something like no network
What's actually saying 'no network'? Is it the phone system itself, or Google, or something else? Is that no carrier network, no Internet connection?

It was settings Samsung restore I can't get the error now ad I'm in the middle of nowhere and it wants a wife connection.
