Restricted Account - no keyboard

Hi

I have set up a restricted account on this new tablet for my son. The only problem is this account appears to have no keyboard, or at least will not load, making it impossible to input text anywhere.

Is there something we're missing in an app permission somewhere?

Well it would help if you share what type account it is so someone in AF can help with troubleshooting your issue. But I would think with a missing keyboard that account it's pretty restricted as it can get.
