Retention plan....scam?

Came across this on CL. Has anyone contacted this person?

It seems to good to be true. When I e-mailed the person, they responded saying they work for Virgin and he/she can change it immediately and will ask for the money once the plan has been changed. I was pretty much sold but they asked for not only my personal information but also my Virgin Mobile account logins which I found weird.

Well it looks like their taking about VM Canada for one thing but the whole thing reads like a scam and I would not trust it.

Throwing things in like AMAZING plan and making it seem like a limited time offer are signs it's probably a scam.
