Retrieve Photos from S3 with Black Scree

Help! Dropped my Galaxy S3 -- still boots up but has black screen. Need to retrieve my photos from phone -- NO SD card ugh!! Is it even possible?? Geek Squad "Tech" said no but ... hoping someone knows a way ... :)

Hi, Welcome to the forum! :)

Have you tried plugging the phone into your computer using the supplied USB cable that you use to charge the phone? Once you plug it in you should find it listed under "My Computer"
