Help Retrieving back up

Ok might sound a silly question but my phone was rooted and everything backed up.
I've unrooted now and I'm about to flash using odin,fingers crossed all goes well do I need to install titanium back on and restore my back up? Also will it be pretty much as my phone is now,with skins and custom widgets etc etc or will it just be the apps and data that get restored?

Come on someone must have restored their phone using titanium. I've seen plenty of people on here mentioning that they have it.

All backed up and restored and my Virgin firmware with working texts again!! Last time I'l mess about with firmwares lol.
