Help Retrieving lost MMS

Hi there.

First time post. Bit stuck with something. Received a MMS message in middle of the night which I didn't see until this morning. As always, the message of failed to download appeared and could not view it. I have since got this working and can now receive MMS, but I can no longer touch anywhere on my phone to get it to download. Its like it never existed basically. Is there a way I can still pluck this out of the ether somehow? I do not know who the message was from or anything like that, but I would like to recover it somehow if its still accessible somehow. I can't access it from my providers website either.

Any ideas very welcome. I use a Huawei P6 Ascend on the 02 network.

how about trying to forward it to yourself and see if the download is still attached. don't forget to leave your mobile data on, so the mms is delivered.

Hi Bill. There is nothing to forward. I get a notification at the top of my phone when it comes through which says unable to download, then when you click it, it disappears from the system as if it was never there. Since then, I am able to receive them after a call to my provider, but I cannot see a trace from a visible perspective, anywhere on my phone of this MMS message
