Retrieving Photos

Can someone help, I have a Vizio tablet running android 2.3.2 and I have photos on the tablet that I would like to move to another device. I move them to the micro sd card but when I insert the micro sd card into another device they are not there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They are on the devices internal memory.

tried that, when I put them on the sd card and put the card into another device the files dont show up.

Yeh.. what's the other device? Is it a PC, a tablet, a phone, a PMP, a digital camera? Is there anything showing at all, absolutely nothing, or just file names and no pictures or something?
