if i forgot to save as draft a text message & i go to different page, when i return to finish & send the text. many many x it is gone/disappears. Can i retrieve it or is it permanently deleted?

Depends on your text app. Textra saves as a draft
Hangouts saves them as well. I believe Chomp does too.
