Return of lost phone

Hello Folks,

I have a Droid 3 running Ginger bread. I would like to have the 1st screen that appears when you tap the on button to have a customized message such as:

If you have found this phone, Please contact Norman at 203-205-0000

I understand that AVG Mobilation (antivirus software for the phone) has this feature but is not supported on Ginger Bread, and no update as to its availability.

Any other suggestions.

I dont know of an app, but some people program "ICE" numbers in their phones.
