Root Revert back to ICS stock from ICS custom ROM

I've done a few searches on a few related websites, but everyone seems more concerned with rolling back to GB from ICS leaks rather than reverting from a ICS custom ROM to ICS stock.

I was wondering how you could go about doing this - I've flashed a custom ROM using safestrap, and I like it very much, but I didn't make a nandroid backup of my stock ICS.

Am I missing something obvious or is it something I can't do?

Get matts razr utility, that will take you back to leaked ICS 211, then do the 214 update... I'll try to put the links together!
