I'm also eagerly waiting for Rhapsody to be realeased to work on android phones. Downloading Rhapsody tracks over the air directly into the phone (provided you have a TO-GO memebership) would be the ultimate thing against the iTunes/iPhone ecosystem.

for anyone who cares about this, Rhapsody announced that their Android app wouldn't be ready now until "early 2010." Check out the comments at the bottom. "LacyKemp" has been a good source of info on their progress on the Real blog on this app since they announced it.

Is there any new information about the Rhapsody app for Android?

The initial delay was bad enough, but this is very disappointing for me. I've been a Rhapsody user for almost five years now, and have always shunned iTunes for Rhapsody. But iPhone users got their mobile version some five months before Android users, and that's assuming they actually get it out in January.

I've been Beta testing Rhapsody for Droid, it works quite well. It automatically syncs with my PC (playlists, que, etc) I'd spent so many hours setting up my Rhapsody and was so happy to see it for Droid. Testing is still taking place, you should be able to find the link on the Rhapsody Facebook page, not sure if they are adding more users.
