Help Richino Q2 Pro not loading

Ok so my Richino Q2 Pro 4K box turns on displays the Richino logo then black screen that's all never loads I did find the hidden reset button inside the AV jack and got into the debug screen it looks like and here is what I found at the bottom of the screen

Recovery is listening to abd sideload...
Waiting abd sideload command...
E: cannot load volume/misc!

Any help on how I can resolve this would be great. Don't know if I can just re flash the firmware or if it's just toast. If I can where can I download the firmware google hasn't been cooperating info on this box

The reset process is looking for an .IMG file.

It looks like your box is working normally but it just can't find the .IMG file.

If you can find the correct .IMG file for your Android TV box then load it onto a memory card or USB stick.
(The card/stick has to be formatted to FAT32 for this to work.)

Hopefully, the device will find it and install it.
