YouTube - BlackBerry PlayBook - Preview
RIM look, on first impressions, to have readied a credible alternative to the iPad, and while I've only seen both on paper/web, the PlayBook looks a more polished product than Samsung Galaxy Tablet, the only Android tablet getting any real recognition.
I think that RIM might be set to retain their market share with this, and they might even win some of Androids possible customers; not sure it'll trouble Apple too much.
Personally, I'm hoping it's as good as it looks; might tempt me to trade my Hero for a Bold & PlayBook, rather than X & iPad, or X & some Android tablet.
I've said it before, but I really think that Android has done itself a diservice by diluting it's recognition with so many variations of device/brand/OS version.
