Ring tone is set on default

Somebody...pleade help...I cant change my ring tone or alarm tone ..I just keep getting the same annoying tone from default.

Dont know what to do


I tried all o can think of

Settings, apps, sounds and notifications,, choose your ring tones from the drop down menu
