Ring volume turning itself up

Hi

After upgarding my HTC desire HD I have had issues with my ringtone volume turning itself up even when I have set this to silent.

Does anyone know how to rectify this?

Hi Wendy, welcome to Android Forums.

I have had luck using Volume Locker (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hourdb.volumelocker) to keep volume levels from inadvertently changing.

You could also take a peek in the forum for your phone to see if any other Desire HD owners are having the same problem.
