Ringtone to notification ringtone?

so my friend emailed me a ring tone. I downloaded it and i want it to be my notification ringtone but idk how to more it from my music or my ringtones to my notification ringtones. Is there any way of doing that at all?

Go in your internal memory with file manager, go to folder "Media>audio>ringtones" and long press on the ringtone, select move, then hit back button and open notifications folder and press move... Done-
