Ringtones and notification location

Hi,

I've googled this and can't seem to find an answer that works for me.
Where can I put ringtones and notification sounds that make the show up in the list?
I tried the "internal storage/Ringtones" directory with no luck.

I first load them to internal/downloads. Then I moved them to "internal storage/Ringtones" just as you did.
I have also just left them in Downloads, and then use a File manager to go find that tone and select it for a particular Ringtone.

all of those have worked for me.

After playing a bit, I realized, the .MP3 extension was left off. Now they showed up.
