Ringtones and notifications

Curious, is it just me, or are ring tones and notifications low, on the HTC One X?

It seems I have to set the volume level to almost 80%. It's not like I'm deaf or anything. But, I guess as compared to my Skyrocket, this is quiet. Hence my curiousity...

I find it hard to hear compared to my old Desire.

Strange I found much louder than my Desire, but I still find it quieter than what I would have liked.

I'm glad it is just not me. I'm going to install some ringtones that I had on my iPhone. Maybe that will help

Hi,
picked up a small amplifier off ebay, about 4GBP, runs off an aaa battery, boost the vol up so that I can hear it, and because I could turn the vol on the phone down extended the phone's battery life some.

Called FiiO.

4yrs ago they nearly 12GBP

All sound from my one x is lower compared to my inspire.

I had issue with low volume on my One X. I did a factory reset and everything has been fine since then.

I find mine to be very loud, louder than my Sensation was. I do have a brand new speaker fitted though.

Mines is pretty loud. I usually keep the ringer and notification volumes a few slides down from full volume.

Same here. At full volume it is very loud, need to put it 2 taps below full.
