Ringtones....

Hey got my S3 today and LOVE IT.

I want to add some ringtones onto the phone. Not really crazy about the stock ones. How do I go about doing so? Any help is much appreciated.

anyone know of an app similar to ringdroid thats compatible with the SIII? used to use it on my vibrant and it worked beautifully. i got one called ringtone maker and it wont even see any of the song files i have

I use an app called "Mp3 Ringtone Maker"

If you put music on your phone it is easy as going to your contacts select a contact then tap on Default Ringtone. This will open a menu that says Default, Ringtones, Go To My Files. Select Go to my Files, navigate to your music folder and pick whatever song you want. This song will also now be added to your default collection. I performed the above steps on the same contact and added about 10 songs to my default ringtone collection this way. Now I can select them from the default collection and use the song for everyone No need to get an extra app unless you only want a specific part of the song as your ringtone.

I use ringdroid to chop up songs for ringtones but I've started trying zedge and that's pretty hepful too
