I want to put ringtones on my phone from my computer and personalize different contacts. How do i do this

If you want different ringtones than came with your phone, you need an app that has them, or an app that makes them, from the PlayStore. Just search for "ringtones" or "ringtone maker" and you should get several to select from.
Then, it is just a matter of downloading them, setting the default ringtone, and going through the contacts you want to give special ringtones to and editing their contact info.
If you want to get more specific information, like how to do it on your device, you might want to join our forums and find the folder for your phone. Folks on here are very helpful
