RK2918 Android TV Box with 4x USB, USB NOT WORKING

Hello I Have this model with 4 USB:

1080P Blue HDMI Google Android 2.3 Wifi Full HD Media Player Internet TV Box
1.Android 2.3 OS,CortexA8,1.2GHz,DDR512MB,nandflash4GB
2.Internet TV box
3.Internet browse freely
4.Word/Excel/PPT file supported
5.Software application supported
6.IR wireless remote control and support 2.4G keyboard/Mouse/2.4 wireless controller
7.1080P media player

$120.34 - TinyDeal - Full HD 1080P Android 2.3 Internet WiFi Bluetooth TV Box CHP-72792


And I have a problem, I do not run any of the 4 usb:confused:.
I connected several flash drives, hard drives, keyboards and mice by cable, wifi and none of them detects the R-VOX.:mad:

Not if you have to install some application to enable the USB in the setup menu I see nothing to activate the usb.

That can happen, anyone can help me, I'm desperate?

Maybe is your device broken?

It is not normal behaviour..
