I sent an RMA Nexus 7 in a boot loop to Google about a month ago. I have proof of delivery with UPS. I have been checking the "Prepared Cart" link given to me in the first response from Google at least twice a week, every week, and every time I click on the "Prepared Cart" link, it says "Oh no! There was an issue loading your account information. This is probably just a server hiccup. Try reloading this page in a few minutes." It says this EVERY TIME! When I first clicked on the link before sending the device in, it showed a purchase button but the price was 249. They said that the price would drop once they verify it's covered under warranty. I have emailed them twice, but no response. Is there a misunderstanding or have I done something wrong?
