In the Rmaps App ther is a place in the settings were you can pull up "user defined maps" from the sdcard. Does anyone know where I can get these maps? I'm wanting to be able to use the maps offline like a stand alone GPS unit.

Hi,
You have to create the apps but dont ask me how. I'm running into problems with this. Using SAS Planet to create the map and then convert it to a .tar file.
My problems start when i try and use the map. it starts to index the map but never makes any progress. I'm hoping some kind person has used this and will helpout
