Rmaps - import POI's

Hi

I want to import some POI's from google earth. I have made, and uploaded a .kml file to the rmaps\import folder. But when I try to load it with Rmaps nothing happens. Rmaps find the file fine, but I cant find it on the list of POI's.

What am I doing wrong?

It cant import POI if the kml file contains non-English letters, like
