Help roaming data doesent work

So,i have a lg e400 (optimus l3),i havent updated it.The problem is that roaming data seem to not work,wifi does.Ive seen a couple of things online,none of them work.
1.tried turning deafult the apn settings.
2.switch off phone
3.turning it on airplane mode.
4.all of them combined.

Help would be much appreciated,

Obvious, but just to be sure...
In network settings, do you have data roaming enabled?
Does your data plan include roaming?

Do you have data roaming enabled on your account? If you don't know, speak to your carrier.

But first, check your network settings to see whether data roaming is enabled or disabled. Most phones have a control to disable it, and many people do this because data roaming can be very expensive, so it's worth checking that it's not simply turned off on the phone.

To check if data roaming is enabled on the phone go to: Settings > More (under Wireless & networks) > Cellular networks > Data roaming.

You'll have to check with your service provider to find out if data roaming is included in your service plan.
