Hello Everyone,

Wanted to stop in and say hello. We just released another game today called "Flick Flight". It is a 2D paper airplane game with tons of upgrades and challenges. We are considering this to be the main test phase where users can get a hold of paid version cheap, give us awesome input and benefit from the updates after we raise the price a dollar.

So help us out, download the game and post up your ideas! We will keep a running list of ideas here at the top of the forum for the next version.

Scheduled for next version:
  • SD Card Support

Thanks!

I flew to an altitude of about 45 000', not sure about the distance, before my screen timed out and I was returned to my lock screen. When I unlocked I was taken back into the game but ready to launch instead of with my plane still in flight. This was with the upgrades from the free version maxed at the end of the first level.

I was looking for an Android equivalent of the Flash game "Flight" (OneMoreLevel.com - Flight), and I'm so glad to see Flick Flight! Which one of you is taking the other's ideas? ;)

A few things from playing the free version:

1. For upgrades that can be bought several times (like weight), I think there should be a level indicator. This way, people won't think they're paying several times for something that only needs to be bought once. They can also know how far away they are from reaching max on an upgrade. Optionally you can also increase the price after each purchase before maxing out.

2. I suggest reducing the jet engine price to give the players in-flight control sooner. Don't want people to get bored and quit...

3. Show speed during flight?

4. I'm not sure about guns, but what about an upgrade that, in each flight, lets the player activate a 10-second-or-so window, during which one can tap on the screen to collect money/fuel/stars?

I'll try the full version tomorrow. Keep up the good work!
