I believe it is safe to say you have transcended humanity and become a god.
This wipes the floor with Cm14 and Lineage Os.

EDIT:
So here's what i've found so far.
The ROM itself is snappy, smooth, reliable, almost as snappy as AOSP 5.1.1.
Viper4Android FX 2.5 works perfectly, and I haven't found any issues with battery life.

BUGS:
-Buttons backlight options crashes if selected (Not important, phone doesn't even have Backlit keys).
-Long press Home action doesn't work if you select anything other than Recents.
-Same as above with Double tap action, not working.
-Charging info on lockscreen not working.

Overall the ROM seems perfect as a daily driver, the only bugs are in the Additions menu and doesn't affect the core experience.

I'll continue testing it.

Here's what I see so far on my MS323:
  • The first-time setup screen uses a poorly compressed image, (wheras the google setup screen does not)
  • Camera button does not launch camera, but instead vibrates the phone.
  • Browser crashes when logging into Google account via first-time setup
  • The ROM is (relatively) snappy, I will try using it as my daily driver and see how it goes
  • There is no ringing phone ringtone
  • There's a volume step changer, which I was suprised to find. Default is typically 7 steps.
  • Changing text size only has 4 options (small, default, large and largest) whereas Cyanogenmod has a percent (75-125 iirc)
  • The system takes up 2.16GB (with gapps 7.1 nano, and a maximum system memory of 3.64 GB)
  • Apps are 155 MB (again, with gapps nano)
  • "Swipe to screenshot" doesn't work -> restarting seems to have fixed this
  • Having the "Search" option on the power menu and having Google search disabled will crash and reboot the device
  • Pressing the CypherOS version a bunch of times in the Phone Status menu will cause a middle finger emoji to pop up
  • Gallery app crashes when launched for the first time The gallery app works like it should, but in my case it crashed when I first tried to use it.
  • Taking screenshots via power menu will often include the power menu in the shot, making the feature almost useless
  • No way to remove the search bar on homescreen (which is useless if Google Search is disabled)
  • Default launcher doesn't have much in terms of customization options I just realized it's meant to be like Google's Pixel launcher. Goes to show how spoiled I am by 3rd party launchers
  • Pressing the option menu on the homescreen and then going back will highlight the firstmost item in the launcher

I don't mean to sound like an ass, but none of the things you just listed happen to me, and most of the things listed are nitpicking at best, this isn't CyanogenMod, but a mostly AOSP clean ROM.

The stock browser has been broken in a few ROMS already, you have to use another one.

Other than that, my device doesn't reboot when using the search toggle on the power menu having no Google search available.

There is a ringtone.

Gallery app hasn't crashed ever, only old apps that may now have issues with Nougat have.

I do admit I found the middle finger weird tho.

I got the "Swipe to screenshot" to work after restarting my phone. It is a little tricky to get the gesture off correctly, but it works.

There is a ringtone.

I should have clarified, I mean a generic, "ringing phone" ringtone. In Cyanogenmod I believe it is called "Digital Phone."

I admit, most of the things I listed are minor or non-issues, I just wanted to point them out for those wanting to try out this ROM. I will edit my original post so that it'll better reflect how well-made this ROM is, so not to discourage new users.

There is one thing that still bugs me is the the jpeg artifacts I found in the setup wizard/app. It just seems really out of place. I don't know how to relaunch the setup wizard, so I can't take a picture of it.

-Charging info on lockscreen not working.

I'm not sure how to replicate the Home action and Double Tap action bugs.

Pressing "Power notification controls" in Settings crashes it:

Here are some typos:
