This is a port from a pretty cool rom created by Team BAMF for the Galaxy Nexus, find their original rom here. Be sure to thank them!

GSM Users:
You need to edit the build.prop located in the system folder. Recommend using winrar
/system/build.prop
Once there, you will open the file and edit it using a word processing program of you choice. Notepad is fine.
Use search/find button till you locate something that says this Default network type. # 4 => CDMA
From there change the 4 to a 3.
Then next to it you will see this ro.telephony.default_network=4, change it to 3.
This should work, if it doesn't please tell me so I can try and help!
