Root ROM backup app?

Hi,

Any recommendations for an app to backup ROM for the RAZR Maxx?
Any experience (good/bad) with ROM Manager?

Just use Nandroid in safestrap. The safest and most efficient rom backup service. Any apps that take advantage of twrp or clockwork will not work with safestrap

I already have Safestrap installed. When I go into Recovery and select Backup, I assume I have to select all available items in the list to create a Nandroid?

Nandroid backups are a feature of all recoverys. It will ask you what all you want to include in the backup. I usually select data and system. Diregard recovery or boot part of backup because if these are damaged, your device probably wont boot =p so pointless to include in backup.
Just dont restore a custom roms nandroid over Stock in the stock rom slot. You may corrupt something
