ROM Backup of Galaxy Grand i9082

Hiii,

I am using one of the best phone from Samsung i.e Galaxy Grand i9082. I trying to upgrade it with new Android Kitkat custom ROM. Before that i want to take the original ROM backup for if found any issue with new Kitkat then it will help me to restore the phone.

The main problem is that my phone couldn't find the super user and i am unable to take the backup of ROM.

Pls suggest any right way to do this.

You need to Root ur phone first to install the new KitKat ROM in ur Cell... For more info, see the How to Root in this forum....
