I can't find a single ROM and that is compatible with my Kyocera Hydro Life. Suggestions? Please help!

Finding about any rom for Kyocera devices will be a hit and miss affair. Kyocera is despised for their locking of the boot loader in most of their devices. I wish you luck.

Can someone provide me the system folder of Android 4.3 I can make some mods to make it snappier and more custom lol
