rom help

I need someone to see id its possible to build a nightmare before christmas themed rom for my att samsung galaxy express
 
it wouldnt be a rom, tahts just a theme. you can take teh stock files off your ddevice, deodex them and use an apk tool to decompile them. swap out images you want to change and you are on your way to making a theme.
