Rom Manager Issue

I have rom manger pren, caus i want to use rom toolbox pro to install a new rom so i can overclock.

Rom apk on root of sd wont install due to problems parsing thwe package ..

Any ideas, i've tried on linda and andexployer ..

Why not just download ROM Manager from the Android Market?
