Help ROM Manager kills phone?

Hi,

I've just tried to do a ROM backup using ROM Manager on my Samsung Galaxy Mini, right after I selected the menu item the phone went blank and it doesn't even turn on or respond to being plugged in since.

Any ideas how to fix it?
If it's not possible, if I go to my provider (T-Mobile) and request a replacement, can they detect that I rooted the phone therefore voided warranty?

Regards,

If you are able to get to download mode (by pressing Volume Down + Home + Power button you will get a screen with Downloading written on it) then you can flash a new rom/firmware and fix the phone... If you are able to get to download mode read this to flash your phone with new firmware.

:)

Else, if you are not able to get to download mode then you can take the phone back to carrier... They don't have the time to check what really happended with your phone and instantly give you a replacement. But, you should be careful about what you say... Say something like your phone suddenly didn't booted up after you swithched it on or make a credible excuse! :)
