Here's one. Yup. I got another Zmax. Yay!!

Everything seems to be working so far.
EDIT: The switch to make volume buttons control media instead of ringer volume doesn't work. I use this app for it.

May give this a shot soon to see if my data connection continues to periodically switch on & off with the "No sim card" message. Speaking of which... Does anyone know about it and a potential cause/fix?
 
Hello

I can't thank you enough for giving my phone new life. I flashed the rom using TWRP 2.8.6 and mostly everything is great. The camera app wont open and after installing other camera apps it seems like they can't save/ access storage. And the bluetooth has alot of popping. So far other than that it is so nice and fast. Thanks Again

Nougat is different than MM or LP.. You may need to give all apps the running permissions they need and reboot, then try apps again..

OK. Here's the thing and I don't know why. It's the same with all then N Roms on the draconis. Any app that needs permissions for something, after you grant the permission, you have to reboot for it to take effect. That's why your camera wouldn't save pics. You have to reboot after you grant it storage permission.I use Open Camera btw. You should give it a look.I hadn't noticed about the camera and the bluetooth. Thaniks. I'll take a look.

Hi. I've never heard of that problem but it sounds like it may be losing contact with the sim. All I can think to suggest is re-seating the sim. Does it happen on more than 1 ROM?
 
I like AOKP, and I've been running it ever since I built it. I don't like that I have to use gravitybox to map my capacitives. Not enough mapping choices. but whatever..I ALWAYS have gravitybox anyway cuz it's awesome.....just not as awesome now that ROMs are implementing gravitybox features.

By any chance this is still being developed? I know it was posted within four months but I just want to be sure. I'm trying to find a ROM to use that has the latest security patch and updates I can find and this seems to be the latest I can find.

So sorry. I didn't see that question until just now. Yes, I think this is the ROM with the latest security patch.
 
So wait what ROM is this? And also there are still updates? I'm stunned I been looked for active ROM for this phone for well over 2 years his did I miss this
 
This is amazing first off best I've seen in 6 years keep up the good work. Only question I have is how do I get screen to turn off when phone is charging when its off batt charging animation comes up goes away but screen remains on how do I fix this?

You can't, I think it's a limitation of the device trees used vs the newer OS's keyhandler stuff

BlissPop was totally loaded with options and great coding. Most all current ROMs have the ability to do what you want but need device tree and/or kernel specific commits to allow proper function.. Which these trees do not have atm. Gotta give @arkansawdave74 some props, he certainly got farther than I did building for that device. I might also have an unofficial (but old) BlissROM for draconis somewhere..

I have bliss 5.1.1 rom if that helps I know its gotta be possible to fix I just don't know how to
