ROMS not working on psx4droid

I know there are many other threads out there about this, but they don't seem to be helping me.
Problem: i've installed psx, ive made a psx folder and placed scph1001.bin in it. I've got my rom (tekken 3) and its two files that I dragged into the psx>roms folder, "tekken.bin" and "tekken.cue". I run the psx, then run the rom and my phone vibrates once, black screen comes up... then it vibrates again and goes back to rom selection menu.
What have I done wrong? Help please.

Edit: oddly i found a "scph1001.bin.czpg" as well in the psx folder..

Let me save you some time and tell you that if you are trying to play Tekken 3...forget it...even with my Galaxy S at 1.4Ghz that emulator sucks. Get FPSE and I can run it at 62fps so I suggest you do the same.
I paid for psx4droid too but I decided to move along to the infinitely better fpse.
