root .21 WITHOUT unlocking bootloader

Hey all. Ran across this last night. Haven't tried it. Thinking about doing it Saturday.

Crap! Just realized I'm .3 now. When in the world did it upgrade from .21

ok. apparently, asus pulled firmware off of the site.
our only hope is to find someone who may have squirreled away the file.
