Root atrix 2 (2.3.9) on (4.0.4)

Does anybody know how to root an atrix 2 on 2.3.9 drivers (newest) and on ice cream sandwich 4.0.4? I've tried over 15 different ways and ALL failed because they were for drivers 2.3.6 and below.
