Help ROOT COOLPAD NOTE 5

Hello to all sorry for bad english

please help us to root coolpad note 5 it s runnning on sd 617 chipset on android 6.0 .
kingroot , kingoroot not working
no custom recovery available i have link for stock recovery and kernel sources
also i am unable to unlock bootloader , because all command fastboot returns as unknown command.
except fastboot devices
pls help

turn on usb debugging from developer option and oem unlock too . and use abd and fastboot command .

yes i did all things , on fastboot it returns all command as unknown command , only fastboot devices shows serial no , rest all command returned as unknown command
