Root Root or not root Samsung s3 ?

I've been really thought about root my phone but worried of bad consequences ..what should I do

Rooting gives you administrative access to the operating system. That's ALL it does. So you have to decide WHY you want to root the phone (what are you going to do with the rooted app you're going to be able to run) that's worth losing the warranty and possibly all insurance for?
