Help root vm lg optimus f3 ls720zv8

[Android Question]

I am having trouble finding an easy way to root an Virgin Mobile LG Optimus F3. My software version says LS720ZV8. Everything I am finding is saying V6. Please help!!!!

I'm having a similar problem. I tried saferoot and that didn't work. I downloaded Stump Root and Towel Root, but my PC doesn't recognize the files and won't even open them. I'm a little stuck as well. I'd really like to learn how to do this so that I can free up space on my phone and stop receiving the low storage notification...
