Rooted and used a custom rom. Now my carrier shows as Mobileone(old name of my current carrier M1) and 4G+ shows as LTE. Will there be extra charges on my bills ?

No, it won't make any difference to your bill. LTE and 4G are the same thing. And probably the custom ROM you're using has the old name for your carrier in it. That could probably be changed and updated by the custom ROM developers. Might be worth you letting them know about it.
