Help Rooted: AT&T Software Update went wrong - how do I know it worked?

So, I went and downloaded the new 4.04 software update that AT&T offered this morning.

Problem is, my phone is rooted, and during the reboot install of the update Clockwork Recovery took over, the software update installed and phone crashed.

Seemed like I had to manually tell Clockwork Recovery to install the untrusted software somewhere along the line, and I didn

Where is the new slider in the notifications dropdown?

According to samfirmware that's the latest firmware for at&t so I guess they haven't added it yet.
