Root Rooted Droid Razr MAXX lost all contacts?

it looks like everything went well i followed all the steps and rooted my razr maxx completely fine. i had a droid x that i rooted several times so this wasnt my first time rooting. i have 1 big problem all of my contacts disappeared like a day after i rooted it? i check "My accounts" and tried to resync them with VZW backup assist contacts and its not restoring anything? i lost every single contact i had 150+ gone... how do i fix this!?!?!
I followed these steps correctly:
Droid Razr Utility [Windows] - DroidRzr.com
used the Batman tool and i triple checked i did everything right. superuser is working and busybox.

You can also export your contacts onto your SD card. Go to your contacts press menu then manage contacts. You can then import/export your contacts. But I also agree with not using Backup Ass. It sucks in my opinion. I also use Google.

Never had an issue using google for sync. Don't trust Verizon to work properly especially with a rooted device. That's just my .02

tried this.. still no contacts.. its like ever since i rooted my phone they got wiped.
when i goto my account under settings i only have an option to sync contacts when i click that it spins like its syncing something but nothing happens when i go back to my contacts there is nothing.

Last year it happened 4 times. And in the last five days I have the same situation, and I have more than 1300 comercial contacts!!. Last time today. I was using the Galaxy S, as usual. When I tried to load a new contact. I saw Contacts (0)????. No, you cannot imagine me. I was ready to smash the phone.

And yes I lost 20 contacts of today, because I store a copy on Google. But it is not the same.

Lets go to facts. There is a bug or mistake, that should be corrected. I see reports of this error in Galaxy S1, S2 and Nexus. A phone without a contact list is not a phone. May be a MP4, small tablet to play or listen music. But it is not a secure phone, and cannot be used a tool work.

I can see reports of this bug on web for 3 years. It is incredible that it wasnt be corrected. Or is a treat to store the data in Google databases. In any case, again, nice device to listen music or play, but it is not a secure work tool, it is a inmadure product.

Sirs of Samsung. Should I waste my time? Or will you do your work and solve this kind of problems?

I discovered that if you delete Yahoo! Contacts.apk, you will lose your phone book. Why a Yahoo! app has anything to do with Google? I have no Idea...
