Root rooted / hard factory reset wipe PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone, I am a new be and have a problem and hope i can get some help. I have a Huawei M835 that i rooted and deleted all metro apps and installed custom apps. I did a wipe factory reset and it boots but i dont have a home screen or access to any of my filles. I didnt back up so I'm lost right now.
I did install CWM recovery sucessfully and have cyanogenMod 7 on my desktop but have no ROM Manager. I Formated my M835 sc card with CWM recovery and now I dont have access to my sd card with USB.
Can someone please help me get my phone functional again.

What is the best custom ROM to install on this phone and how. If someone can walk me through this I would appriciate it.

I dont have any way for my pc to read the sd card , I dont have a reader.

You can use another phone just to copy file to sd.
