Help Rooted my nexus 7

Newbie
Hi guys I rooted my n7 but now I have a couple questions. The program I used was wugs root kit toolkit program and it installed twrp, superusersu and busybox. Now I'm kinda lost on what busy box is used for. It looks like it just downloads a crap ton of files to my /system/bin. What are these files for??? Also, since I rooted my nexus, how can I enable flash?

Busybox is a series of "Linux" commands that would enable some operations that are not part os the stock OS, some Rooted Programs required busybox since they use some of those commands.

There are a couple of ways to install flash, the most common one is to find the flash APK and installed it, quick search on google should give you a ton of links. Flash APK is not longer officially distributed by Adobe so I try to avoid linking to it.

Well I already installed the flash apk, but it only works with Firefox and Firefox is buggy on forums. I thought there was a way to install flash after rooting.
