Rooted. Need rom

It's the ROM that's rooted, so if you reflash the stock ROM you lose root. If you flash another ROM, which one you flash is determined by what you want. (Most of the changes most people looking for ROMs want can be more easily - and better - achieved by changing or adding apps - like a new launcher.)
