Root Rooted Pandigital Novel 7" -- Bluetooth not working

I have a Pandigital Novel 7" that's been rooted to an Andriod tablet and the Bluetooth won't turn on and I couldn't get the Google Play Store installed.
From a quick Google search, there may not even be Bluetooth on my tablet. How do I go about getting in on my tablet?
I tried to get the Google Play Store in my tablet a couple times and it didn't work, are there any other ways to get in installed?

i have a pandigital novel, there is no bluetooth, and no way to get bluetooth on it. even if you had a "bluetooth SD card" (which i have seen in a wifi flavor but not BT as of yet) the novel doesnt have host drivers that can run such a thing
