Root Rooting, app sideloading ?

Anyone know about sideloading apps or rooting this phone ? ( I mean anything specific to this phone / other than general android resources).

Looking to buy this one, and would LOVE if sideloading apps works on this phone. Even better if it's easy to root.

yes, z4root works fine ... doesn't get much easier.

There are a few custom rom options coming along now as well:
Huawei U8150 IDEOS - XDA-Developers

screen is a bit small, proc is a bit slow, but it's a pretty decent phone for the price range.
