Help Rooting ASUS MeMO Pad 7 LTE

I have an ASUS MeMO Pad 7 LTE from at&t and don't really know anything about android software. I've been using an iphone sense they first came out. can I root my device safely? where can I find a manual or an in depth guide on everything my device is capable of?

Before you even consider rooting it... You probably want to work out Why you want to root.

It's a bit different from jailbreaking insomuch as Android is more open than iOS. So some of the things you might want to do don't require root. Having root can allow you to do lots of stuff... Including breaking you device without an easy way back.

I'm not saying don't... But if you do, then proceed with caution ⚠
